Architecture Photography in York

Hello again,

I don’t normally show my personal photography but I does give clients an idea of my photography skills. I am showing a photograph I did when I was in York, It is a small castle on a small mound in the Center of York City, formerly used as a prison. It is a well known landmark and I thought I was definitely worth taking a stunning photo of it. I have done a lot of Photoshop retouching to it.

I have removed the handle which was leading up the stairs, I also removed the handle which follows the top of the castle. I have removed a few tourists out of the image and I have replaced the door which a image I have of a church door. I have tweaked the levels and contrast in Photoshop. It took a long time to do but it was really worth it. I will be putting it into a stock photography library if anyone wants to make use of my work.

If you are interested in seeing more of my architecture photography from York or from around the Northwest then send me a message and I will update the blog with more beautiful photographs like this one.

Many thanks,
